Description:Polished slab of translucent hackmanite, the variety of the mineral species sodality that fluoresces under UV illumination and darkens color after exposure. Upon exposure to sunlight the color fades again to colorless. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #334, originally acquired in 1948 from Schortmanns
