Description:Large transparent colorless topaz crystal that cleaved to provide a broad, glassy face into the gemmy interior. The outer surfaces of the topaz are rounded due to alluvial action. Has custom-made black base for display. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #502b; acquired from a street vendor in Sri Lanka in 1985
