Description: | Chlorite-coated sharp translucent orthoclase crystals repeatedly twinned on the C-axis resulting in intersecting V-shaped groupings. The orthoclase crystals are the adularia variety of sharp crystals dominated by prism faces. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #557b, originally acquired in 1987 |
