Locality:Crestmore Quarry, Riverside County, California
Description:Vein of translucent white prismatic scapolite crystals that were etched from gray calcite-marble. Several small brown zircon crystals are scattered throughout and fluoresce bright orange under UV illumination. Collected ca. 1930. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #350a, employed at Crestmore 1951-1969, gift from Col. Clarence Marvin Jenni (1896-1973) in 1956
