Locality:700' level, Sta.167, Queens Tunnel of NYC Water Tunnel #3, Woodside, Queens, New York City, New York
Description:White calcite crystals up to 3 mm overgrown on translucent brown stilbite crystals up to 4 mm on Fordham gneiss matrix. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV. One of 40 specimens I obtained from the water tunnel construction, recently completed.
