Mineral:Diamond (0.83 carat pale-yellow flattened triangular crystal)
Locality:Damtshaa Mine, near Orapa, Botswana
Description:Lustrous asymmetric triangular natural diamond crystal with pale-yellow (cape) color and smooth crystal faces. The unusual shape is possibly due it breaking, then healing on the edges. Note the unusual edge notches where it intersected flat crystals.
