Description: | Lustrous dark-metallic hematite crystals in layered growth spherical aggregates to 15 mm diameter. Though most dealers neglect to report it, Moroccan hematite specimens are buffed on a polishing wheel as evidenced by the rounded edges visible under 20x. Ex. Larry Krause (1945-2010) collection |
