Description:Lustrous translucent green emerald crystal, the green gem variety of the mineral beryl, with complex crystallization patterns on the surfaces, in biotite schist. The emerald is actually two intergrown parallel crystals that are slightly offset. Ex. Larry Krause (1945-2010) collection
