Description:Thin blue azurite crystals that exhibit translucency when illuminated from the rear. The front faces of the azurite are clean and lustrous; the rear faces have colorless cerussite microcrystals on the faces giving a slightly sandy appearance. Ex. Larry Krause (1945-2010) collection
