Locality:	Mbuji-Mayi (Miba), 300 km east of Tshikapa, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Description:	Complex crystal of greenish-gray translucent diamond with three crystal form visible: cubic, octahedral and dodecahedral. All three forms are equally dominant on this diamond crystal. Most faces are slightly textured but the octahedral faces are smooth.
