Locality:Sterling Mine, Ogdensburg, Sterling Hill, Sussex County, New Jersey
Description:Large cluster of crystallized brown-beige hemimorphite in spherical crystal aggregates to 80 mm. The hemimorphite has not been cleaned (except for soap and water). The brown color is due to it being found in a mud zone at the mine. Ex. Robert Hauck collection, co-founder of the Sterling Hill Mining Museum
