Description: | Rare complete crystal of brown spessartine garnet from the Sterling Mine. Dodecahedral brown spessartine crystal 26 mm across is perched on the upper edge of translucent gray calcite (fluoresces orange under UV illumination) with areas of black mica. Ex.
