Locality:Sedalia Mine, Salida, Chaffee County, Colorado
Description:Large dodecahedral almandine garnet crystal with flat crystal faces and no matrix attached. The almandine is red-brown color, but the surfaces have greenish muscovite mica inclusions. Three corners are chipped. Collected ca. 1895
