Description: | Lustrous trapezohedral wine-red spessartine garnet crystals to 13 mm on transparent gray quartz crystals to 35 mm. The spessartine crystals have unusual microscopic stepped dodecahedral faces along all of the edges. One crystal is incomplete on rear. |
