Mineral:Topaz with Hematite and Rutile inclusions and Hyalite Opal
Locality:Tepetates, San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Description:Large doubly-terminated lustrous translucent red-brown topaz crystal with contact on the rear where it was attached to rock and colorless hyalite opal on one end. The red-brown color is due to microscopic hematite and hair-like rutile inclusions.
Overall Size:35x15x14 mm
