Description:Prismatic brown-black allanite-(Ce) crystal frozen in tan-colored matrix. The allanite-(Ce) crystal fractured due to post-crystallization deformation, but the segments were frozen in position with only a slight separation. Ex. Alfred (Fred) DeVito (1937-2004) collection
