Mineral:Apophyllite over Thomsonite with Stilbite-Ca
Locality:Rahuri, Nagar District, Maharashtra, India
Description:Elongated lustrous transparent colorless apophyllite crystals to 18 mm in a hemispherical formation over a pink core of thomsonite visible beneath, plus pale-pink stilbite crystals to 40 mm. One of three matrix specimens I obtained from this find.
