DESCRIPTION:No. 54572
Mineral:Schorl Tourmaline, Quartz, Muscovite, Hyalite
Locality:Omaruru District, Erongo Massif, Namibia
Description:Lustrous black schorl tourmaline crystals in parallel aggregates to 35 mm with small 1-2 mm brown platy muscovite crystals and transparent colorless quartz crystals to 9 mm. The rear has thin coating of hyalite opal the fluoresces green under UV.
