Description:Elongated formation of translucent blue smithsonite crystals in spherical aggregates to 7 mm diameter on black limonite gossan. The smithsonite crystals have silky surface luster caused by microscopic crystal faces on the surfaces of the aggregates. Ex. Dr. N. Luppescu
