Description: | Double-sided plate of yellow-metallic octahedral pyrite crystals to 8 mm intermixed with translucent colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals to 5 mm. One face is dominated by pyrite crystals, the opposing face is dominated by calcite crystals. Ex. Dr. N. Luppescu, originally acquired in 1997 from D. Beals |
