Mineral:Ferberite pseudomorph after Scheelite (a.k.a. Reinite)
Locality:Mbarara District, Uganda
Description:Dark black ferberite pseudomorph after a di-pyramidal scheelite crystal with the original shape of the scheelite crystal distinct on six of the faces. This appears to have extensive edge wear caused by alluvial action. Ex. George Burnham (1914-2008), owner Burminco (Monrovia, California)
