Description:Lustrous dodecahedral emerald-green uvarovite garnet crystals scattered over the face of translucent calcite that was dissolved to expose the garnets. The uvarovite garnet are larger than commonly found and individual crystals are easily visible. Ex. Alfred (Fred) DeVito (1937–2004) collection
