Mineral:Cinnabar on Dolomite
Locality:Chatian Mine, Fenghuang, Hunan, China
Description:Three translucent red cinnabar crystals up to 6 mm intergrown with translucent pale-yellow rhombohedral dolomite crystals up to 3 mm. Two of the crystals are incomplete on a side where they were attached to surrounding rock.
Overall Size:4x3x3 cm
Crystals:2-6 mm
