Mineral:Cinnabar and Dolomite on Quartz
Locality:Chatian Mine, Fenghuang, Hunan, China
Description:Lustrous translucent red cinnabar crystals to 5 mm with translucent pale-yellow rhombohedral dolomite crystals up to 3 mm on a partial crystal of milky quartz. Several of the cinnabar crystals exhibit interpenetrant twinning.
