Locality:Ötztal, Tyrol, Austria
Description:Two dodecahedral translucent brown almandine garnet crystals in greenish schist. The schist was carefully worked to expose the almandine garnet crystals with only minor damage. Most likely this specimen originated at Granatenkogel Mountain.
Overall Size:5x3x3 cm
Crystals:28-30 mm
