Locality:Hurricane Mountain, east of Intervale, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Four terminated (rare) black prismatic arfvedsonite crystals to 10 mm long on tan-colored microcline crystals to 15 mm with small brown zircon crystals to 2 mm that fluoresce yellow under UV illumination. Has remnants of glue on bottom. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #419, collected in the 1960s-70s.
