Locality:Rapid Creek, 70 km northwest of Aklavik, Yukon, Canada
Description:Lustrous translucent-to-transparent thin blue-black lazulite crystals to 7 mm with translucent brown rhombic siderite crystals to 5 mm. Under magnification the blue color of the lazulite crystals is very apparent.
