Mineral:Cerussite (twinned crystals) with Mottramite over Calcite
Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Transparent colorless cerussite crystals to 6 mm on dark brown-black mottramite microcrystals on one face of white calcite. The cerussite crystals have silky luster due to parallel microscopic crystal faces and many of the crystals are twinned at 60°. Ex. E. Carmichael collection
