Mineral:Calcite lining fossilized clam shell
Locality:Ruck's Pit Quarry, Fort Drum, Okeechobee County, Florida
Description:Lustrous transparent golden calcite crystals that formed inside a fossilized clamshell that is exposed on both front and rear. The calcite fluoresces brightly under SW UV illumination and continue to phosphoresce when illumination is extinguished.
Overall Size:11x8x4.5 cm
Crystals:4-14 mm
