Mineral:Calcite with Pyrite inclusions
Locality:Pachapaqui Mine, Bolognesi Province, Ancash Department, Peru
Description:Doubly-terminated translucent white calcite crystals with lustrous crystal faces and small yellow-metallic pyrite inclusions. The calcite crystals fluoresce orange under SW UV illumination. Note the V-shaped center zone.
