Mineral:Fluorite on Sphalerite
Locality:Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee
Description:Transparent cubic purple fluorite crystals to 22 mm on dark translucent brown sphalerite crystals to 7 mm. The fluorite crystals have deeper purple color in the outer zones and surfaces composed of parallel faces. The rear was sawn flat.
