|Description:||Lustrous translucent greenish-tan dodecahedral grossular garnet crystals in parallel orientation. The grossular garnet crystals have pitted surfaces, probably caused by crystallizing simultaneously with surrounding calcite that eventually dissolved away. Ex. Tom Penney collection|
