Locality:Branchville Quarry, Redding, Fairfield County, Connecticut
Description:Uncommonly large dark-metallic tabular columbite crystal 38 mm across in tan-colored albite with silvery muscovite mica crystals to 20 mm. Several smaller columbite crystals are on the bottom. The top edge of the main crystal has two contacts.
