Mineral:Galena on Sphalerite with Dolomite and Pyrite
Locality:Brushy Creek Mine, Viburnum Trend, Reynolds County, Missouri
Description:Gray-metallic cubo-octahedral galena crystal 21 mm across perched on top of a cluster of lustrous black sphalerite crystals to 3 mm with rhombic translucent white dolomite crystals to 1 mm, plus minor yellow-metallic pyrite. Ex. B. Gaber collection; originally acquired from Neal A. Pfaff (1947–2013)
