Locality:Muzo Mine, Vasquez-Yacopí District, Boyacá Department, Colombia
Description:Lustrous transparent hexagonal emerald crystal, the green gem variety of the mineral beryl, in white calcite with yellow-metallic pyrite. The emerald crystal has lustrous prism faces with textured termination, and was restored to position (glued). Ex. Dr. Donald Miller collection. Restored.
