Locality:Thompson Shaft (Boraxo Pit #3), Ryan District, near Furnace Creek, Death Valley, Inyo County, California (Type Locality for Colemanite)
Description:Sprays of colorless translucent rare hydroboracite crystals to 10 mm long scattered over sharp transparent lustrous colemanite crystals up to 4 mm long. The cluster sits upright nicely without additional support. Collected in 1972 by Jim Minette (1936-2002)
