Description:Brilliant metallic single crystal of molybdenite with exceptionally clean surfaces. The molybdenite crystal is slightly curved, possibly due to post-formation deformation. The molybdenite crystal edges are rounded. Ex. John A. Rorer, Jr. collection #277
