Locality:Kerch Peninsula, Crimea Oblast', Ukraine
Description:Lustrous translucent-to-transparent dark green-black bladed vivianite crystals in a shallow cavity with botryoidal black psilomelane. The vivianite crystals form in voids of buried animals that decompose to provide the phosphate to form vivianite. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #6; ex D. Blauwet in 1995
