Locality:Balkhash Lake, near Preozersk, Karaganda Oblast, Kazakhstan
Description:Lustrous transparent deep-purple amethyst quartz crystal on brown matrix coated with quartz microcrystals. The amethyst crystal has deepest purple color in the center of the termination. One of the largest and best I have seen from this locality.
Overall Size:4.5x3x2 cm
