Locality:20 km east of Hrongay, Fianarantsoa Province, Madagascar
Description:Translucent bluish-gray sapphirine crystal well exposed in phlogopite-rick matrix. The sapphirine crystal has striated-stepped faces that are slightly rounded possibly due to alluvial wear.
