Description: | Transparent yellow-green heliodor crystal, the yellow gem variety of the mineral species beryl, with complex outer surfaces the result of post-crystallization dissolution. The heliodor crystal is nearly flawless and could produce a 25 mm gemstone. Acquired in April 2014 from the mine geologist. Weight: 44.6 grams |
