Mineral:Calcite with Limonite coating plus Quartz
Locality:Mumbai (Bombay) District, Maharashtra, India
Description:Equant transparent calcite crystals to 8 mm that are coated with orange-brown limonite. Two contacts on the calcite crystal faces reveals the center of the calcite is transparent. Minor colorless quartz crystals to 1 mm throughout. Two areas are bruised.
