Mineral:Corundum with Biotite
Locality:Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
Description:Thin formation of translucent blue-gray hexagonal corundum crystals with black biotite mica around the outer edges. The rear of the corundum crystals appears to be a cleavage face, the front face is naturally terminated. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #75; ex. Rocksmiths in 1989
