Description: | Lustrous dark red-to-brown hexagonal vanadinite crystals on a small fragment of tan-colored matrix. The small vanadinite crystals, and the centers of the large crystals, are red. The outer zones of the large vanadinite crystals are brown. Ex. W. Frech (1913-1998) collection #1198; originally acquired in 1976 |
