Description: | Large translucent yellow-brown beryl crystal in quartz-muscovite pegmatite. The beryl crystal has smooth prism faces with incomplete terminations. One prism face has gray quartz intersecting the crystal face. The beryl is probably from Strickland Quarry. Ex. Dr. Donald Miller collection; ex. Sal Avella (1928-2013) |
