Description: | Sharp, well-defined interpenetrant-twinned translucent dark-red cinnabar crystals to 11 mm on lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals to 4 mm. The cinnabar crystals have a metallic-like surface luster caused by alteration. The twin tip is bruised. |
