Locality:Huanzala Mine, Huallanca District, Huanuco Department, Peru
Description:Lustrous bladed translucent white barite crystals to 20 mm on thin crustal of fine-grained galena with scattered yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 1 mm on the barite. The barite crystals are thin rhombohedral form in groups of subparallel crystals.
