Locality:Mahoning Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Lustrous transparent purple cubic fluorite crystals to 8 mm with lustrous black sphalerite crystals to 3 mm. the fluorite crystals have darker purple internal phantom-growth zones and surfaces composed of smaller parallel cubic crystal faces.
