Locality:Mid-Continent Mine, Treece, Cherokee County, Kansas
Description:Gray cubic galena crystals to 10 mm with translucent dark red-black sphalerite crystals to 9 mm on gray chert. The sphalerite crystals are twinned on the {111} octahedral plane following the Spinel Law of isometric twinning. Collected ca. 1950
