Description: | Translucent pale-pink calcite crystals that fluoresce bright orange under SW UV illumination. The pink color of the calcite crystals is caused by manganese impurities and these are commonly labeled as Manganocalcite or Manganoan Calcite. Ex. Mort Metersky collection |
